Thanks in part to the generous financial support of the Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9ducation du Qu\u00e9bec (MEQ), Marie-Vincent expanded its impact in the past year by making its training programs freely available across all primary schools in Qu\u00e9bec. The sector\u2019s professionals built up their skills thanks to our bilingual specialized courses and our expertise, preparing them to react appropriately to sexualized behaviour problems among students and to effectively support children who disclose situations of sexual violence. Our approach stresses the importance of listening to what a child has to say and to support them with compassion.<\/p>\n
The numbers speak for themselves <\/strong><\/p>\n Our training program has reached an impressive number of participants and experienced a significant 12% growth<\/strong> compared to last year. A total of 1,766<\/strong> members of the teaching and professional personnel in primary schools across Qu\u00e9bec have already benefited from our training. 89<\/strong> training activities were also made available.<\/p>\n Positive feedback <\/strong><\/p>\n Our participants\u2019 feedback speaks volumes. 95.5% <\/strong>indicated they were very satisfied or satisfied with our training programs: clearly, our program is effective and relevant for the education sector!<\/p>\n The training course\u2019s content helps participants feel they have the required skills and knowledge to take action in situations that involve sexual behaviour problems.
