Isabelle Viger and Louis-Philippe Carri\u00e8re are passionate about their commitment to local communities and the causes they believe in. Over the years, the couple has devoted their time, their expertise and their financial resources to important campaigns such as Fillactive<\/em> and M\u00e8res avec pouvoir<\/em> as well as our own major fundraising campaign, \u201cOvercoming the unimaginable to rediscover hope\u201d.<\/p>\n The couple has confirmed its commitment to Marie-Vincent over several years, a decision that stems from their long-standing relationship with the Foundation and their desire to support organizations where they can make a real difference:<\/p>\n \u201cMarie-Vincent\u2019s mission is of the utmost importance. Help is so desperately needed. We prefer to get involved over several years to better appreciate and support Marie-Vincent\u2019s development.\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n Their collaboration with Marie-Vincent has helped us provide better access to our services, lowering wait times significantly. They also hope that Marie-Vincent\u2019s efforts toward prevention and training will contribute to positive changes in our society:<\/p>\n \u201cOur greatest wish for Marie-Vincent is that it succeeds in meeting demands without relying on a waiting list, and to see society change for the better as a result of its prevention efforts and significant headway in reducing calls for help.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n Isabelle and Louis-Philippe share our dream of a world without sexual violence against children and teenagers, a world where they can thrive free from harm. Their commitment speaks to their desire to create a better tomorrow for future generations, where young people will be able to flourish freely and without fear.<\/p>\n Marie-Vincent is honoured to be able to count on their support and unrelenting dedication.<\/p>\n Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!<\/p>\n Can you tell us a bit more about yourselves and your commitment to the local community?<\/strong><\/p>\n In the past few years, we have gotten involved in several causes that are important to us, both as donors and fundraising campaign committee or board members.<\/p>\n We played a more active role in last year\u2019s important fundraising campaigns for Fillactive<\/em> and M\u00e8res avec pouvoir<\/em>. We helped develop and launch the major campaign and the campaign cabinet, and provided financial support.<\/p>\n We prefer to support organizations where our involvement and financial contribution can have a direct impact.<\/p>\n What led you to commit to supporting Marie-Vincent over several years? <\/strong><\/p>\n We\u2019ve been aware of the Foundation for many years thanks to the annual Souper des CFO<\/em> in support of Marie-Vincent. Marie-Vincent\u2019s mission is tremendously important. Help is so desperately needed. We are delighted to contribute to this major campaign. We prefer to get involved over several years to better appreciate and support an organization\u2019s development.<\/p>\n What do you think this collaboration could bring you?<\/strong><\/p>\n The satisfaction of seeing Marie-Vincent broaden its reach outside of Qu\u00e9bec and reduce waiting times to provide these kids with the care they need. There is a tremendous need for support, and not only in the Montr\u00e9al area.
