Prevention being among Marie-Vincent\u2019s central pillars, we are incredibly proud to announce that project leader and trainer St\u00e9phanie Roy helped develop content for four episodes of the \u201cMon guide sexu\u201d podcast (in French only), now officially available on Radio-Canada OHdio.<\/p>\n
The storylines were proposed by actor and author Lily Thibeault, our collaborator during the 2021 production of the \u00c9VEIL<\/a> podcast. St\u00e9phanie saw to certain adjustments to ensure that everything was as realistic and child-friendly as possible. She was also involved in creating content for the answers and was among those involved in the studio recording.<\/p>\n \u201cMon guide sexu\u201d is an initiative born out of a determination to answer any and all questions children aged 6 to 12 may have about sexuality. The podcast deals with a wide range of topics like anatomy, love, friendship, egalitarian relationships, good and bad secrets, intimacy, stereotypes and so much more.<\/p>\n A comprehensive tool<\/strong><\/p>\n Each 10-minute episode features stories that let children identify with a character who is facing certain situations and looking for answers. These stories are interspersed with segments where host Lily Thibeault chats with different contributors who work for various organizations.<\/p>\n \u201cMon guide sexu\u201d is a tool created for parents who are sometimes faced with complicated questions they may be unprepared to answer, for primary school teachers who may need help with sexuality education, but also, and more importantly, to provide children with all the answers to their many questions.<\/p>\n Collaborating on the development of this tool is truly a great source of pride for Marie-Vincent.
